Glacier collaboration update
Posted: March 19th, 2010 | Author: oliver | Filed under: on goings | No Comments »Last month I visited Simon Cook & Peter Knight at Keele University to move forward with our collaborative piece of work on Glaciers and the glacial landscape.
The images below were shot in Keeles cold lab, they are closeups of ice and show the structure and patterns hidden within it’s layers. The top two images are shot through polarising lenses, the lenses shift the direction of light passed through to the camera, this enable you to see the colours and structure more clearly.
